PAWA Capabilities

OUR PROCESS

E N G A G E  &  E X P L O R E - D E S I G N  &  E M P A W A - B U I L D  &  R E P A W A

PAWA has developed a highly successful stakeholder engagement methodology through employing dedicated “non-design” professionals to lead consultation workshops with support from the design professionals. This process has been tested and used effectively with core client teams and community representatives throughout many of our masterplanning projects. It has revealed a depth of knowledge and appreciation of the issues beyond that of traditional workshop sessions. We are continually enhancing our processes and exploring ways to further improve.

PAWA has a community driven, in-country approach that recognises the need for rapidly developing nations to design and construct climate-resilient buildings that “empawa” the community which reflect their specific needs and not those of developed countries.

The PAWA team is experienced in delivering to Australian standards, both in Australia and throughout PNG and the pacific. Our adopted processes have proven to be successful in every way possible, ensuring all desired outcomes are achieved whilst being sensitive to the environment.

Our 2nd party certified ISO-9001 Quality Assurance system provides our clients with a consistent and international standard of practices followed throughout the duration of their project.
